Hi! Welcome to my personal website. I just got my PhD in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University. My research sits at the intersection of environmental planning and urban governance. The overarching agenda of my research is to explore the role of planning in helping local governments implement and balance the economic, environmental and equity dimensions of sustainability. I am also interested in the coordination and collaboration of different levels of governments in mitigating climate change. Starting from December 2021, I will serve as an assistant professor of urban planning and management in the School of Public Administration and Policy at Renmin University of China.
